Shipping Policies

All Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia. We aim to process all orders through the warehouse in 2-3 working days and we use Fed Ex & USPS to ship to you.

Returns & Cancellations

Any order can be cancelled without charge within 12 hours. After this we cannot cancel orders which are already processing in the warehouse. Contact us as soon as you know you would like to cancel and we see what can be done.

We accept returns of goods for any reason as long as the product is unopened and in the condition it was sent. Please contact us to arrange a return - info at battlemats dot com - or use the contact form on the website and we will get you all the information. You will have to pay the return shipping.

If you order is incorrect or damaged we will of course rectify this at no cost to you.

Privacy Policy

What do we do with your data?

We will collect your name, address, billing address (if different), email and (optional) phone number.

This information is shared with our warehouse to book your shipment with their couriers. We will never share your information with any other parties.

We will not use your data for marketing purposes unless you tell us that’s ok.

We may contact you with updates on your delivery, as may the courier. The courier may also contact you using the information you provide to arrange the delivery or resolve any issues.

If you sign up for our newsletter we will contact you with more information on our new products and projects.

Your payment information is dealt with entirely by our payment provider (Stripe) so we will never hold your card details.
